Sun Soul Yoga
Laura graduated from Sangha Yoga School and is an RYT-200. Mobility and Functional Awareness have inspired her to create programs for all ages, including Chair Yoga, for students who are uncomfortable on the floor or those trying to squeeze in a practice at the office! Completing her instructor training with Go Aerial Fitness, Laura has developed Aerial Yoga classes for all levels, as well as the favored Restorative style. Laura’s teaching style focuses on alignment, strength and stability, as well as ease and flow. Her Hatha, Warm Vinyasa, Mobility Flow and Yin classes are paired with a great playlist intended to soothe and inspire. She intentionally creates a safe space for each Yogi to explore and expand their own awareness through Guided Breathwork, Intentional Movement, and Meditation. These tools are beneficial on and off the mat to balance the stresses of daily living and to provide Physical, Mental, and Emotional Healing.
